As part of the Ramayana Month observance, Ashtadravya Maha Ganapathi Homam was conducted at Kanadikavu Sree Vishnumaya Swamy Temple at 6:00 AM on Sunday, July 20, followed by Aanayoot.<\/p>\n

The Muttadhipathi, Brahmashree Dr. Vishnubharatheeya Swamy, honoured Nattukomban Ernakulam Sivakumar by conferring the title Gajaveera Ratna. The ceremonies were conducted under the chief priesthood of Suryakaladi Mana Parameswaran Bhattathiripad and were held in a deeply devotional atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Aanayoot began at 10:00 AM, with Muttadhipathi Vishnubharatheeya Swamy offering the first serving to Gajaveeran Ernakulam Sivakumar. The food offered to the elephants included rice, sugarcane, pineapple, other fruits, and ingredients containing medicinal herbs.<\/p>\n

Cherpulassery Sree Ayyappan, Nandilath Govindakannan, Puthussery Vijayan, Thiruvanikavu Rajagopalan, Geethanjali Parthasarathy, Kollamkode Neelakandan, Gajachhatrapathi Nanu Ezhuthachan Shankaranarayanan, Thottaykkatt Kunju Lakshmi, Kolakkadan Ganapathi, Puthur Devinandan, Neelakanthapriyan, Mahalakshmi Sivan, Mahalakshmi Parvathi, Kulamakkil Ganeshan, Puthanpurayil Appu, Sreelakshmi Savithrikutty, and Ambadi Madhavankutty, along with 17 elephants, participated in the Aanayoot. Numerous people, devotees, and elephant enthusiasts from different parts of the region participated in the ceremony.<\/p>\n

Kanadikavu Sree Vishnumaya Swamy Temple Trust members Sailesh Kanadi, Saiju Kanadi, Krishnaraj Kanadi, and Sreekrishnan Kanadi led the event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
