രൂപക്കളത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും ഹൃദയസ്പർശിയായ നിമിഷം അതിന്റെ അവസാനത്തിലാണ്. പൂജകൾക്കെല്ലാം ശേഷം ഭഗവാന്റെ ചൈതന്യമാവാഹിച്ച വെളിച്ചപ്പാട് തിരുനൃത്തം ചവിട്ടി ഈ കളം മായ്ക്കുന്ന ഒരു ചടങ്ങുണ്ട്. നോക്കിനിൽക്കെ ആ ദിവ്യരൂപം മാഞ്ഞുപോകുന്നത് കാണുമ്പോൾ ഭക്തരുടെ നെഞ്ചിൽ ചെറിയൊരു വിങ്ങലുണ്ടാകുമെങ്കിലും, അതിന് പിന്നിൽ വലിയൊരു ആത്മീയ സത്യമുണ്ട്. നമ്മുടെ ഉള്ളിലെ അഹങ്കാരവും, നമ്മെ വേട്ടയാടുന്ന സകല ദുരിതങ്ങളും ഭഗവാൻ തന്റെ തൃപ്പാദങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് മായ്ച്ചുകളയുകയാണ് ആ നിമിഷത്തിൽ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കളം മായുമ്പോഴും, ഭഗവാന്റെ ആ മായാരൂപം ഭക്തരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിൽ എന്നെന്നേക്കുമായി കുടിയേറുന്നു. ആ കളത്തിലെ ബഹുവർണപ്പൊടി നെറ്റിയിൽ ചാർത്തുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആത്മവിശ്വാസവും മനസ്സമാധാനവും വാക്കുകൾക്ക് അപ്പുറമാണ്. ഇതുകൊണ്ട് വീട്ടുപറമ്പിലെ മണ്ണിൽ ലയിപ്പിച്ചാൽ ആ ഭൂമി ദേവലോകത്തിന് തുല്യമാകുന്നു.
